No. Angels are spirit beings and they inhabit a spirit realm. They do not live in the natural universe that we see.

When God directed the creation of Earth and of man, the Logos and the other sons of God (the angels) rejoiced in the work. Job 38:4, 6-7 (NKJV), 4 “Where were you (Job) when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. … 6 To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7 When the morning stars (the highest angels) sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?”

God’s crowning earthly creation was man.  Psalms 8:4-8 (NKJV), 4 “What is man that You are mindful of him… 5 For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. 6 You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, 7 All sheep and oxen–Even the beasts of the field, 8 The birds of the air, And the fish of the sea That pass through the paths of the seas.” God made the Earth as a glorious paradise for man – not for angels.

The angels do not need our food. They do not need clothing and housing. When they are described in the Bible, they are very different from people. Only on rare occasions will God enable men to see angels. Daniel described an angel in Daniel 10:6 (NKJV), “His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightning, his eyes like torches of fire, his arms and feet like burnished bronze in color, and the sound of his words like the voice of a multitude.” But those people with Daniel were not able to see this angel. Daniel 10:7 (NKJV), “And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me did not see the vision; but a great terror fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.”

The powers and nature (even the names) of angels are beyond our human comprehension. Judges 13:17-18 (NIV), 17 “Then Manoah inquired of the angel of the LORD, ‘What is your name, so that we may honor you when your word comes true?’ 18 He replied, ‘Why do you ask my name? It is beyond understanding.’”

No, earth was designed specially for man. The angels rejoice in God’s natural creation, but God designed a different, heavenly realm specially for angels. Their spirit home is wonderful for them, but it is also beyond our comprehension.
