The whole human family is descended from Adam and Eve. 1 Corinthians 15:22, "In Adam all die…" The parents of mankind had been told to multiply and fill the earth. As people moved to different regions on the earth, the traits within each group became more dominant and more pronounced. God does not favor people according to their physical traits. Acts 10:34 (ESV), “Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality."
Who goes to heaven?
Peter said in Acts 4:11,12 "This Jesus…has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else…” So, it is also required to accept Jesus' death on the cross as our Ransom, understanding that he is the only way to life.
Jesus taught: "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me." Matthew 16:24, Mark 8:34, Luke 9:23.
2 Peter 1:4-11 teaches it is our faith and the development of the fruit of the spirit which will grant us the reward of a heavenly resurrection. "Give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
Who are the true tribes of Israel?
The scriptures show us that Israel is treated as having two parts: One spiritual, and one earthly. Both will fulfill the promise to Abraham, that in his seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. (Acts 3:25)
The spiritual seed is Jesus and his church…those who will go to heaven. Galatians 3:27-29, "For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek…if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed." This is not dependent upon earthly nationality.
The Apostle Paul writes about the nation of Israel in Romans 11:25-27, "so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; For this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.” Then Zechariah 8:23 will be fulfilled, “Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘In those days ten men from every language of the nations shall grasp the sleeve of a Jewish man, saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” ’ ”
God does not choose people for heaven by their physical characteristics, but by their love for Him, and their trust and faithfulness to Him. (see Romans 2:6-11) God will bless the nation of Israel, for the sake of their fathers, and give them the privilege to bless all the families of the earth. (Genesis 28:14)
