Enter ye in at the strait (narrow) gate for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction. (Matthew 7:13)
A wide gate is easy to enter. This pictures living for our own pleasure and self-satisfaction, and the rewards are temporary. We need Jesus as our Savior before we can enter the narrow gate leading to the lasting blessings God has in store for us. John 10:9
