God shall send Jesus Christ ... whom the heavens must receive (retain) until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. Acts 3:21

David wrote that God would send forth his Spirit and renew the face of the earth. Isaiah wrote the ransomed of the LORD would return. Jeremiah wrote God would bring his people again to their land and cause them to dwell safely. This same message - the dead will be restored to life - is related many times in the Bible. Acts 1:11
