Christ our Passover is sacrificed (offered) for us. (1 Corinthians 5:7)

Jesus took the wine and unleavened bread, and said, "This do in remembrance of me." And he took the bread and broke it, and said, "This is to remind you of my body which will be offered in death for you." And he took the cup of wine and said, "This is to remind you of my blood which will be shed for you." This is why Jesus' followers partake of the Lord's Supper each year to remember. Isaiah 53:7
