Yes! The Bible is God's Plan for the entire human race from its origin, its experience with sin and death, to its glorious return to perfection.
We learn of man's beginning in Genesis 1:27-28, "God created man in his own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that move upon the earth."
We learn of God's command to maintain life and the penalty for breaking His command in Genesis 2:16-17 "God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou may freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eat thereof thou shalt surely die."
We learn how God provided hope: Isaiah 9:6-7 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this."
We learn how this promise of God was fulfilled in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." And, in John 11:25, "Jesus said unto her, am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live."
We learn of the final outcome of God's temporary permission of sin in Revelation 21:3-4 “Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
We also learn how we can have a relationship with God right now. James 4:8 "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you." 2 Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"
