The Bible does not tell us what color Moses’ skin was. However, we do know Moses married a Negro woman, and when Miriam and Aaron spoke poorly of the marriage, God became very angry with them. Numbers 12:1-15, “And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman…(God responded) ‘Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?’ The anger of the LORD burned against them, and he left them. When the cloud lifted from above the Tent, there stood Miriam — leprous, like snow.”

In God’s sight, a person's skin color is not important. God looks at a person’s character. Remember what God said to Samuel in 1 Samuel 16:7 (ESV)? “But the LORD said to Samuel, ‘Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature…For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.’” God loves all mankind and desires to bless us all. Acts 10:34 (NIV), “Then Peter began to speak: ‘I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism.’”
