The Bible's message is love “for God is love,” 1 John 4:7-8. It begins with God creating the heavens and the earth and establishing both plant and animal life on Earth. His crowning creation was man as Adam was created perfect in God’s moral, mental, and emotional image. Man was given dominion over Earth and over all the lower life forms on Earth. God caused Earth to be inhabited in order to express his love.

Bible history tells us that man, although created perfect, disobeyed his Creator. The penalty for disobedience was death. The dying process began with our first parents and passed on to all their descendants. Thus all mankind are born in sin and eventually die.

However, the Lord God had a plan established long before the foundation of the world, (1 Peter 1:18-20) which would provide for a redeemer. The Saviour would be His only begotten son, Jesus. Jesus Christ would deliver mankind from their sins and give all the families of the earth an opportunity to return to God, to be reconciled to him. During Christ’s 1,000 reign over the earth, whosoever will learn to love God and righteousness will be restored to the perfection lost by Adam. “And the Spirit and the bride say ‘Come!’ And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires let him take the water of life freely.” (Revelation 22:17). “And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:4)

After Christ subdues all disobedience and perfection is restored, Jesus will return all creation to God. 1 Corinthians 15:24, 28 (WEB),  “Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule, and all authority, and power. … 28 And when all things shall be subdued to him, then shall the Son also himself be subject to him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.” To God be all the glory!
