Summary: All mankind!

Discussion: John 15:12-13, “This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.”

Ephesians 5:2, “And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God…” Jesus shows his love for us as he fulfills the Father’s plan to be mankind’s redeemer. 

Jesus’ love is found in Biblical doctrines. When we believe and obey, we find his love. 2 Timothy 1:13 (CSB), “Hold on to the pattern of sound teaching that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.”

Nothing can separate true Christians from God’s love in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:38-39 (CSB), “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

In Christ’s kingdom, this same bond of love will extend to Israel and the world. Revelation 11:15, “…The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” Jeremiah 31:31-34, “‘this is the covenant (with Israel and extending to the world)…after those days (Armageddon)…I will put my teaching within them and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will one teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, Know the LORD for they will all know me, from the least to the greatest of them’ — this is the LORD's declaration. ‘For I will forgive their iniquity and never again remember their sin.’” 

1 Timothy 2:4-6 “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.  For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.”
