Quite simply, He loves his Father in heaven the most. Jesus told us the most important commandment is to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind” Matthew 22:36. Certainly, that was what Jesus did.

The depth of his love for God was demonstrated on the cross when he cried out in Mark 15:34, “My God! My God, why have You forsaken me?”

Jesus’ love for his most faithful followers is next. He prayed “that they all may be one as You, Father, are in me, and I in You; that they also may be one in us” John 17:20, 21.

Finally, Jesus loves the world for whom he gave his life.
