How are we sons of God? Do Christians through Jesus become a son of God as is Jesus?

We will never be equal to Jesus. Jesus is and will always be next to the Father in authority, in relationship, in glory. The scripture references in 1 John 3:1-2 and Romans 8:14-15 teach that faithful followers of Jesus are indeed “sons of God.” We have been adopted into God's family through belief that Jesus died [...]

If a person consecrates and attempts the narrow path to heaven as a new creature rather than the wide path/highway to live in "heaven on earth," then later realizes he is as human and sinful as the next person and decides to change his goal, will that person enter second death? And if so, where is the grace in that?

Our decision to follow in Jesus' footsteps is a very serious one. This is why Jesus said to “count the cost.” Luke 14:27-30,33 (NKJV), "And whoever does not bear his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count [...]

If I had been a faithful christian and understood the whole truth but continued doing evil will I be given second chance in the final judgement for the rest of mankind? (Eswatini)

A person cannot be both faithful and continue to practice evil. Romans 6:16 (NLT), “Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living.” We are still living [...]

Instead, they are symbolic of destroying the old, unfair earthly governments and sinful societies to make way for God’s righteous new [...]

There are many reasons Biblical genealogy is important.  First, why does anyone study genealogy? It gives the family history. In the case of the Bible it would be the history of humankind. Who were our first parents? How long ago did they live? What experiences did they have?  Who were their children? God “has made [...]

In Romans 9:10-13, the Bible says that God chose Jacob over Esau when they had not been born. And God also said that the older will be slave to the younger. God honored Jacob over Esau. Is this like saying, "all human beings are created equal, but some are more equal than others." (Liberia)

Isaiah 46:9-10 (NKJV), 9 "Remember the former things of old, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, 'My counsel shall stand, And I will do all [...]
