Age refers to a beginning. But God has no beginning and no end. Psalm 106:48 (NASB), “Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting.” Psalm 90:2, “Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.”
God has existed forever. He had no beginning and has no end. As imperfect human beings, our brains have a hard time understanding spiritual things.
God created the dimension of time for his children. However, God is not bound by time; He is eternal. Isaiah 57:15, “For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy…”
There is no one like God. God is beyond our understanding. Yet, He created us with a mind, and He is pleased when we ask questions about Him and about His plan. He even invites us to reason with Him. “Come let us reason together, says the LORD,” Isaiah 1:18.
Yet even after billions of years, we will never fully comprehend the glory and wonder of God. God, Himself, says, “…I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me…” Isaiah 46:9.
