Where in the Bible does it talk about not complaining?

Every one of us, at one time or another, has complained about something or someone. We are all imperfect people living in an imperfect world full of things that can upset or annoy us! Where is it in the Bible about trying to judge somebody? (Matthew 7:1,2)

Perhaps you were thinking of Matthew 7:1,2 "Judge not, that you may not be judged; for your own judgement will be dealt--and your own measure meted to yourselves.” This does not mean every action and everybody is ok. Later in chapter 7 Jesus says, (verse 6) “cast not your pearls before swine.” In other words, don’t [...]

What is the difference between water and spiritual baptism?

Christmas means different things to different people. In our day it is largely a secular event given over to much commercialization. However, to some it means a joyful celebration of the birth of Jesus. And just as the “wise men from the east” brought gifts to honor the Babe’s birth, so we celebrate with gifts [...]

If a husband does not have a job full time and the wife does yet she wants to be a stay at home mom but can not because she is paying all the bills. Does this biblically give her the right to leave her husband or tell him to leave?

The headship of the husband (1 Cor 11:3) signifies a large responsibility, a special care, as a provider, arranger, protector, guide, and example to his wife and children.  If all men might properly see their duties, responsibilities and privileges in this divine arrangement, it would surely be a benefit to themselves as well as to [...]
