The Bible doesn’t specify the exact consequences of sins, except that all sins result in death. Romans 6:23, “The wages of sin is death…” Many times it is the guilt which results from sin which creates suffering, illness, and distress. Guilt may be manifested [...]
There is no difference in meaning between the phrases "kingdom of heaven" and “kingdom of God.” The gospel of Matthew is the only book that uses the phrase “kingdom of heaven,” and he uses the phrases interchangeably. Luke and Mark only use the phrase [...]

It is hard to say exactly what will happen during the everlasting life after the 1000 year kingdom. But there are some clues in the scriptural descriptions of the Millennial Kingdom on Earth. Revelation 21:4. “God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; [...]
To understand what it means when the Bible says that the dead will rise, we must first understand why people die. Death is a direct result of sin (Romans 6:23). Put simply, death is the absence of life. When God breathed the “breath of [...]

Anyone who is a pastor/minister should be gently directing the flock, as a shepherd does with the sheep. Two scriptural passages clearly state this. “Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, serving as overseers-not because you must, but because you are [...]
Proverbs 20:19 & Proverbs 11:13(NIV), “A gossip betrays a confidence; so avoid anyone who talks too much…a trustworthy person keeps a secret.” Both scriptures define gossip as a betrayal of a confidence. When people spread secrets (whether true or false), they are engaging in [...]
